Charlie Pick’s real estate practice is energized by a diverse business and academic background.
His entrepreneurial spirit took flight after Charlie graduated from Yale College with a degree in psychology. He began by building small recycling companies from the ground up, which gave him the opportunity to wear a variety of hats – from sales, marketing, and business strategy to regulatory affairs, property leasing, and land development. Charlie’s experience in leasing and developing a number of retail centers gave him insights into the subtleties of deal making and development. In addition, he gained direct experience managing the state and local regulatory and zoning affairs required by each project.
Charlie joined National Realty Network to leverage his knowledge of and passion for real estate. While building his real estate practice, he earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and also found time to create several companies dedicated to real estate investing in Chicago’s developing neighborhoods, as well as in Costa Rica and Panama.
Charlie brings his knowledge, experience and dedication to every client relationship, openly communicating clear expectations, carefully managing all aspects of a deal, and meeting challenges with poise and persistence.
