Kris Keller, CCIM Founder and Principal
Kris Keller, founder and Principal of National Realty Network, brings a wide range of experience to the brokerage and consulting profession.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate, Mr. Keller began his professional career at a major Chicago transportation company with extensive real estate holdings throughout Illinois and the Central United States.
Kris was directly responsible for appraisal and evaluation of all company owned land and buildings in 10 states. He also served as an expert witness before numerous Interstate Commerce Commission and condemnation hearings; supervised the leasing of over 4,500 properties; and was directly responsible for marketing, negotiation, lease and sale of extensive coal, oil, gas and timber holdings.
Kris broadened his real estate experience as Assistant Vice President and Corporate Officer for a large real estate syndication company with some $6 billion of properties in its national portfolio, including hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and multi-family residential complexes. As part of the company’s due diligence process, he performed a thorough analysis
of each potential acquisition.
Mr. Keller then started his own firm, where his analytical ability and well-rounded background have resulted in a high level of success for himself and
his clients.
Kris is a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors, where he is the current Chairman of the Commercial Committee and serves on the Public Affairs and Finance committees. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, Chicago Area Real Estate Exchangers and the Realtors Association of Northwest Chicagoland. He is a board member for the Northfield Chamber of Commerce and belongs to the Barrington and Lake Zurich Chambers of Commerce. Kris also serves on the board of the Center for Enriched Living, which helps the developmentally disabled and is an active fundraiser for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
