With an extensive background in business, Steven brings a hands-on knowledge of the business world to commercial real estate. His degree and early work in the advertising industry has assisted in developing Steven with a practical approach and a knack for delivering projects on time and below budget. Having owned a highly successful manufacturing company, Steven has been immersed in all aspects of a small business including; the development of national accounts, market research, and trend and market analysis.

Concurrently, he is serving his second four-year term on the Architectural Commission for the Village of Northfield. As a lifelong resident of the North Shore of Chicago, his knowledge of the area is consummate. Steven has developed an enthusiasm for meeting and connecting with people by serving on professional boards including the Chicago Historical Society and A.R.T. (The Accessories Resource Team). A father of two and a volunteer scuba diver at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago keeps Steven active.
