Marty Guthrie compliments National Realty Network by specializing in investment real estate and 1031 exchanges.

 

Marty went from general commercial brokerage to his specialty to combine his interests of real estate and wealth management. 

By assisting clients to complete 1031 exchanges, Marty helps clients preserve or increase cash flow while deferring capital gains taxes.  This exchange is accomplished by either purchasing traditional income producing property or management free Tenant in Common ownership. 

Marty is also a registered representative with MICG Investment Management, a securities broker/dealer with a specialty division for brokering Tenant in Common properties. His FINRA Series 22 and 63 licenses, provide our clients access to co- ownership opportunities in institutional grade properties across the country.

His education includes a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago.  Marty is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors and TICA (Tenant in Common Association).  He also devotes time to fundraising for the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance, www.ifsa.org host of an annual camp for children with burn injuries.
